Terms of Service

Last updated: 12 August 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FinTest platform, operated by Kashimi, UAB (Vilnius, Lithuania). By creating an account you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

FinTest operates an online marketplace where payment companies (“Companies”) define test cases for their payment integrations and individuals (“Testers”) execute those tests using their own bank accounts and submit evidence of the result. FinTest itself does not initiate payments and does not act as a payment service provider.

2. Accounts and company workspaces

  • You must be at least 18 years old to register.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for any activity under your account.
  • One natural person may hold one Tester account.
  • A Company is a workspace that may contain several user accounts. Members are added by invitation from a workspace owner or administrator, or by us at the Company’s request; there is no self-service company registration.
  • Every member of a Company workspace can see all of that Company’s test cases, assignments and submitted evidence. Owners and administrators may additionally invite and remove members. Removing a member ends their access immediately.

3. Tester obligations

  • Tests must be carried out personally, using bank accounts you legitimately own and are permitted to use.
  • Evidence must be authentic, unedited and submitted in good faith.
  • You must never share online banking passwords, PINs or authentication codes with FinTest, Companies or any other party — FinTest will never ask for them.
  • You may not submit the same test more than once unless explicitly invited to do so.
  • You must comply with the terms of service of your bank and with applicable law.

4. Company obligations

  • You may use the platform only for legitimate testing of payment integrations you operate or are otherwise authorised to test.
  • Test cases must not require Testers to break the law, breach their bank’s terms or disclose third-party data.
  • You will pay invoices in accordance with the agreed billing terms.

5. Payments to Testers

Testers are paid monthly based on the number of tests they complete and have approved during the calendar month. The rate per test is displayed in the platform at the time the test is offered. Payouts are made via the disbursement methods supported in your country, less any payment processor fees expressly identified at the time of payout. Testers are responsible for the accuracy of payout details they provide.

6. Test outcome and review of submissions

Two distinct judgements are recorded for every submission, and they are independent of one another:

  • Outcome — whether the payment flow under test succeeded or failed at the bank. This describes the integration, not your work.
  • Review status — whether the submission itself is complete, authentic and compliant with the test case. This determines payment.

A test that documents a failed payment flow is a valid, payable submission. Discovering that an integration does not work is a successful test. Payment depends only on the review status.

Each submission is reviewed for completeness and authenticity before approval. FinTest may reject submissions that do not meet the criteria of the test case, appear to have been fabricated or violate these Terms. Rejected submissions are not paid. FinTest may correct a recorded outcome where the evidence shows the flow behaved differently from the Tester’s description; a correction of the outcome alone does not affect payment.

7. Prohibited conduct

  • Submitting falsified or recycled evidence.
  • Attempting to access another user’s account or workspace.
  • Reverse engineering, scraping or interfering with the operation of the platform.
  • Using the platform to launder funds or to facilitate any illegal activity.

8. Intellectual property

Kashimi, UAB owns all rights to the platform, including its source code, design and documentation. Companies retain ownership of the test cases and instructions they create. By submitting evidence as a Tester you grant Kashimi, UAB and the commissioning Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that evidence for the purpose of evaluating, documenting and improving the tested integration.

9. Confidentiality

Test cases may include non-public information about a Company’s product. You agree not to disclose such information to third parties or use it for any purpose other than completing the test.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The platform is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kashimi, UAB disclaims all implied warranties. Kashimi, UAB is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, that we reasonably suspect of fraud, or that has been inactive for an extended period. You may close your account at any time from your account settings; closure does not affect obligations that arose before closure.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Each published version carries a version number and an effective date, and we record which version you accepted. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email at least 14 days before they take effect, and you may be asked to accept the new version before continuing to use the service.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Vilnius have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence that grant you the right to bring proceedings in a different forum.

14. Contact
